The Student Athlete's and I believed that we have a chance to be the first City team in over 30 Years to qualify for All States. Over the last three decades BPS has produced amazing front runners but never a team of five to seven Student Athletes that had a top four finish at the Emass Divisional Meet.. After this past weekend we are proud to share that #DreamsAreTangibleGoals we are getting closer to the Goal. #BPSvsHistory

Amazing performance every runner ran a personal best. We lost by 8 points to Woburn HS boys team, salute to Coach Fletcher #TannerPride. Two years ago we attended the ninth Annual Martha's Vineyard Invitational, we entered in the JV division and ran decent.

Foss Running Camp Day 1

Great day not even thinking about the cravings, the environment stimulating and motivating me to do better. I have already connected with some amazing people. I just need continue on this path I believe there is going to be some success at the end of this journey. I wouldn't exchange the struggle no regrets it's only making me stronger and better.

Once we arrived, I was informed that I was going to be the Cabin Coach for the Wildcat Cabin which had the town of Hingham XC team. My boys were placed with Legendary Coach George Rose and some of the Marshfield Boys XC team in Cabin "Old Lookout"

After checking and unpacking we had Day One camp Introduction by Camp Director and truly one of the most humblest human beings I have met, in Coach Kevin Maloney, explaining the campers the general rules plus expectations. After that we had an an amazing Dinner, I mean can't go wrong with Chicken Broccoli and Ziti, had an opportunity to check in with my team and see how they were enjoining themselves.

We end the night with a camp fire and the boys and I truly in amazement of mother nature and her beauty as we are accustomed to the Skyscrapers and Fog, we were mesmerized by the Sky filled with stars and the air being so clean. Lights out was at 10:30 pm I started writing in my journal.

As athletes we can admire and appreciate greatness, the resiliency and dedication it takes to become elite. My brother Singapore Kane has been a MMA Fan for years but the last year I decided to watch the Sport that surpassed WWE. The guys that I followed and admire when I was younger where the Hulk Hogans, Macho Man Randy Savage's of the World, Rest In Peace Ultimate Warrior.. But no disrespect the dude NOW is BONE JONES

“As the saying goes, it’s dangerous to set your goals short because you might achieve them,” I’m trying to think extremely big and set a goal that’s extremely high above myself in order to continue to elevate and continue to be motivated.” - Jon Jones

“I know that I have three or four big fights in front of me to be considered one of the greatest of all time,” I want to earn that honor. I’m starting to believe I really can be the greatest fighter of all time. I’m taking that thought — greatest fighter of all time — and I’m breaking it down, and I’m breaking it into one opponent at a time.” - Jon Jones  via via MMAJunkie

Day 2 - 6:17 AM

Wednesday April 23, 2k14

Peace

Slept a lil on unesasy had a crank in my neck. I got up at 3:30 am, went back to bed got back up at 5:54 am. I did a light stretch and walked to the park next to my home, this is the place where I found solitude where i was introduced to Tranquility again. I couldn't help to notice that I saw this hanging from the telephone wires. I couldn't help to think this image reminded me of the 80's, this time around It was a mental note NOT TO HANG IT UP

Couldn't help that the Creator was shining on me, the scene was set and it was beautiful, more motivation for me to continue this journey. The Soundtrack for this morning was Nipsey Hu$$le - Bullets Ain't got no Name Vol.3 rocking to personal favorites
